Hebrew Micrography

Dr Joseph O’Hara is a Research Fellow of the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies and a Junior Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, University of Oxford. He works on the international project The history of the Jewish book in the Islamic world (Oxford–LMU Munich) and is a member of Hebrew Palaeography Album, a major new initiative to produce a large-scale online repository of specimens of medieval Hebrew handwritings. He has presented on digital palaeography and also convenes the OCHJS Medieval Hebrew reading group.
